How should you handle phone calls for the ITS Service Center?

Answer the phone with this greeting:

"ITS Service Center, this is _________. How may I help you."

If they are looking to speak with someone else or leave a message, you must get their full name and callback number in case there is a disconnection. If they do leave a message, make sure to login to Tracker and submit a ticket to the staff member with all of the pertinent information.
