ADAM (LDAP) or ADLDS software is installed in three Windows servers which replicate their database with each other. The servers are backed up daily.
ADFS is installed in three virtual servers in a load-balancing fault-tolerant federation farm.
Users will submit a FredQuest ticket with the Request Type of “************”, Classification of “***********”, and “*********” as the Category.
The service is available 24/7/365 except when scheduled for upgrades or maintenance.
All requests for assistance are completed using FredQuest: https://fredquest.fredonia.edu/
Users can expect a response within one business day for change requests and should expect a resolution within three business days of entering a support ticket.
