I'm getting a "User not Authenticated" or "System is configured for external authentication and identity assertion is null" error message when using Banner 9.
- Refer to these troubleshooting steps.
Banner 9 is supported in the following Browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox (except for Firefox 66, issue with clickable regions of buttons)
- Safari
Banner 9 is not supported in the following Browsers:
- Internet Explorer
