Technical Services

Panopto provides the ability for users to live stream videos, record videos, and to share them with specific audiences.

An eServices login is required to login to create content and manage the sharing of content to others.
Rates / Cost of Use
There are no costs for faculty, staff, and students to use Panopto.

SLA Notes

Incidents, problems, and service requests are process in alignment with the ITS Service Level Agreement.

Business Procedures
All faculty, staff, and students may use Panopto. Prior to being able to create content, access must be requested through ITS. Users of the service are responsible for the closed captioning of videos that are public. 
Change Procedures
Changes to the service (transition, additions, and discontinuations) must be reviewed by ITS Leadership, ITAB, and approved by the Service Manager (CIO) and Cabinet.
