Scheduling a Zoom Meeting through Google Calendar

How can I schedule a Zoom Meeting from within Google Calendar

Step-by-step guide

1. Create or edit a Google Calendar Event
2. Click the down-arrow in the video conferencing button
3. Click Zoom Meeting (the first time you do this you will need to grant access to Zoom)
   
4. Add your other event details
5. Click Save
   Please note you will be able to edit the Zoom Meeting options through the web portal (http://www.freodnia.edu/zoom) after creation
