Covered under the Google/SUNY service agreement are core apps listed below. All core apps are currently turned on and available to the Fredonia campus community. Google Workspace is offered to the campus community as a “self-support” service. Campus community members are encouraged to use Google documentation for assistance with the available Core apps.
The chart below, apps listed under:
- Core includes the Google apps that can be used, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google
- Non-Core(on) are the Google apps that are currently turned on however, should not be on per the SUNY Google Contract.
- Non-Core (off) are Google apps that are not allowed to be turned, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google, and will remain off until further notice.
